To achieve the object of educating the nearby community, Pratibha Education Society established ‘PRATIBHA VIDHYALAYAM’ in 1997.  It was established with the guidance of Sri. Adireddi Ramana the president of the society and also the school director. Stree Sanman, a prominent organization dedicated to menstrual health and hygiene, has implemented its initiative at Pratibha Vidyalayam. The program aims to raise menstrual health awareness and support students and staff at Pratibha Vidyalayam.

Stree Sanman empowers Pratibha Vidyalayam students with menstrual health knowledge and resources. The initiative addresses immediate student needs and aims for long-term societal attitude changes towards menstruation. Through education, awareness, and access to proper menstrual hygiene facilities, Stree Sanman endeavors to contribute to a more informed, supportive, and stigma-free society for all.

The company also provides resources such as sanitary napkin vending machines and disposal units in the school premises, making it convenient and accessible for students to manage their menstrual hygiene.

 

 

The motto of this school is ‘Discipline is Strength.’ There are around 80 loving teachers over 1800 students. They have 900 achievements with 23 years of experience.

Recently, they have installed Stree Sanman sanitary napkin vending machines and Incinerators in their school for their girl students and teachers.

Pratibha Vidyalayam has installed Stree Sanman Sanitary Napkin Vending machine for 33 pads, 5000 sanitary napkins. They have also installed an incinerator to ensure that their female teachers and students have easy accessibility and availability of sanitary napkin and disposal of used sanitary napkins.
