There are different types of Mental disorders that many people go through. Post Traumatic Stress Disorder is one of them. Post Traumatic Stress Disorder is also termed PTSD. It is a disorder that occurs after the end of traumatic events. They relive those events through flashbacks, nightmares, and experience uncontrollable thoughts about that event. However, symptoms can vary over time and from person to person. A person can experience PTSD symptoms when he/she sees, hear or learn about the traumatic event they have gone through.   • Not visiting the places that remind you about the event

  • Creating negative thoughts about yourself and people around you
